If your exchange and street cabinet is enabled then it's quick an easy to get fibre broadband to your office. It's a new connection, an engineer installs a new box in your premises (the fibre part is from the street cabinet to the exchange). You'll need a power socket near your master socket, and we'll install up to 30metres of Ethernet cable to your WiFi router point.
Daytime Priority
Our Business LightSpeed service gives you priority on both our network and the BT part of the network during daytime hours - so your connection speeds are not impacted by home users. You'll also get completely unlimited nighttime usage so you can set your backups and loarge downloads to run in the early hours.
Mac Support
One of the advantages of our services is the great Mac support we can give. We Speak Mac. Not only that, but our whole ethos is support-led. We firmly believe that technical support and help should be at the very heart of our company - over and above all other ISP's. We do thing different, we do things how they should be done. It's one of the reasons we managed to win and be nominated for awards over the years.
Priority Fault reporting and repairs
Our Pro and Extreme Lightspeed Fibre broadband options include care level 3 as standard - that means, should your broadband develop a fault, Openreach guarantee to respond to that fault with 4hours with a fix target of 24hours. It's essential for any business. We too, of course, do our utmost to ensure your connection is stable and reliable. When something does go wrong, we're on it like a flash.

You can change your package at any time and you will never be charged more than the next package up if you go over your download limit. What's even better, we give you a free 1/2gig overdraft - there's nothing worse than being charged extra for only going a little over (you'll get warning emails at 80% and 90% usage). You'll also be able to track you usage daily and hourly online.
Uptime Guarantee
So confident are we in the reliability of our broadband network and our commitment to resolving faults quickly, we'll not charge you if your broadband goes down (terms apply). As far as we're aware, we're the only ISP confident enough to provide this sort of guarantee.
Please note that Lightspeed Fibre connections are subject to a 12month contract. Cancellation or migration within that 12months will result in full payment for the whole year. This is a BT thing - we're not a believer in long contracts and feel customers should be allowed to vote with their feet at any time (for any service). We're therefore lobbying BT to change this policy (it applies to all ISPs).
