Our website hosting is different to everyone else's:
It’s lovingly designed to be fail proof.
Reliable, fault-redundant hosting for 100% uptime and availability however busy your website becomes. Our state-of-the-art hosting facilities, based in Telehouse London (the most interconnected datacentre in the UK), provide fast, secure hosting. Our systems are managed around the clock with multiple power, link and failover protection. Couple that with our super-fast email system and your business hosting and email needs are in safe hands.
| "If you are not happy with the speed of your website, it's availability or the service and support you get from us, we'll give you your money back..." |
Triple Backup
Everyone else provides a backup solution, sometimes at an extra charge. Tape backups are old-school. We're not afraid to think different when it comes to ensuring website reliability so we take several steps to ensure this. As well as raided hard drives, the focal point of our reliability guarantee lies with an innovative mirroring system:
Your website is live mirrored in both our primary network in Telehouse London and our secondary network in Bristol. If our entire primary network disappears completely for any reason, your site will still continue to be available from our secondary network. No messing with tapes! (databases etc are also live mirrored). This also helps us with maintenance works and link outages (each site is tested every 5 seconds).
What's more we do incremental data backups to raid drives in our third network, based in Cornwall. These allow you access to files for the last 7 days, last 4 weeks or last 6 months. A bit like Time Machine....
Additionally all of our servers are automatically monitored from multiple locations to ensure peak performance and availability. Any problems trigger an alert to our support team.
Perfect for iWeb hosting and MobileMe alternatives as well as extensive support for Freeway, Rapdiweaver, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and most other CMS engines.
Your site won’t go down
and that’s guaranteed - who else can promise that? |
