Unlimited telephone support on anything Mac for just £9.99 per month, 7 days a week. Application training is excluded but our engineers are happy to help with anything else, even pre-sales advice.
How does it work?
- You call your number and are put through to your own dedicated support engineer if possible. There's no point explaining things over and over again to various different people. He/She has all of your details and notes to hand.
- If the problem cannot be fixed by phone you'll be offered you onsite support or remote-hands support at an additional cost.
Who's it designed for?
It's aimed at home workers or small companies and offers them an authoritive and reliable source of instant support when they need it. It's fine for busy home users or new Mac users too. As a proof of its efficiency, a similar service for iphone deals is also being planned for launching in the very near future.
