All prices plus VAT. Contract term is 3months, payment quarterly in advance or annually in advance (with 1 month free). Coldfusion support can only be added to the entire virtual server, not individual packages. SLA available at 100% uptime. 100% uptime guarantee is the availability of the websites minus up to 5 seconds for each switch to the secondary mirror. Should we fail to provide 100% uptime we will refund 1 months of your package price. Because of the way the internet works, caching that an access ISP may peform and the TTL on domains - it is possible that your site could be unreachable for up to an hour from some ISP's should we need to switch to secondary systems unnexpectedly (although usually a restart will find the correct location of the data). This is down to the access provider and beyond our control.
